Anne Rice's Interview with the Vampire turned fifty in 2026! Théâtre des Vampires was dyed up exclusively for Indie Untangled 2026 to celebrate the anniversary of one of my favorite pieces of vampire fiction. This randomly variegated blend of aqua, violet, and firey stained glass hues is reminiscent of villainous vampires on fire.

This is a limited color and will not be dyed again - please plan projects accordingly

Base: Ursula Base (Yak Sock): 70% Superwash Merino Wool, 20% Yak; 10% Nylon; 437 yards / 100 grams

 All indie-dyed yarn works up differently depending on gauge, project size, and needle/hook size. Swatches are shown in yak/silk DK and yak sock base, from a previous dye batch, to give an average idea of the colorway.

Price listed is per one (1) skein of yarn. Alternate skeins for large projects and hand wash in cool water for best results. Hand-dyed yarn varies from batch to batch and this exclusive color featured many, many batches. Swatch is shown in yak/silk DK base to give an average idea of the colorway.
