Shipping policy

All orders are shipped. In-stock orders shipped via USPS within 3-5 business days unless otherwise stated.  U.S. orders over $110 ship USPS for free with code HAPPYMAIL.

UPS shipping is an option. UPS orders are shipped once a week. Free shipping option does not apply to UPS orders.

Shipping estimate shown at checkout is calculated by carrier and does not include order processing time.

 Please see preorder listings for shipping timelines. In-stock items ordered with preorders will ship together at the time the preorder ships.

Circumstances beyond the control of Ex Libris Fibers may lengthen transit time once the order has been accepted by shipping carrier It is the buyers responsibility to provide a secure place for delivery. If tracking information shows that the item has been delivered Ex Libris Fibers will not be responsible for any claims.  If after 3 weeks no updated tracking is available and no delivery has been confirmed, please contact me so that we can find a resolution.
