A dramatic randomly-variegated mix of sea blue, deep turquoise, abysmal violet, and scant earthtones over a warm coral, inspired by the unseen sorceress in Shakespeare's The Tempest. Sycorax was the show exclusive for 2026 Fiberwitch Festival to align with the theme, Song of the Sea! You loved it SO much that it's back for one last limited run.
Shipped orders containing both Preorders (Dyed to Order) and Ready to Ship skeins will ship at the time of the preorder shipment. Any Ready to Ship skeins needed earlier must be placed as a separate order from preorder carts.

Ursula Base (Yak Sock): 70% Superwash Merino Wool, 20% Yak; 10% Nylon; 437 yards / 100 grams
Brontë (Yak/Silk DK): 60% Superwash Merino Wool / 20% Silk / 20% Yak; 231 yards / 100 grams

All indie-dyed yarn works up differently depending on gauge, project size, and needle/hook size. Swatches are shown in yak/silk DK and yak sock base, from a previous dye batch, to give an average idea of the colorway.
Price listed is per one (1) skein of yarn. Alternate skeins for large projects and hand wash in cool water for best results.
