The Hellbound Heart by Clive Barker is the text inspiration for the Hellraiser movie series, and it's well worth a read if you haven't! Hellbound is a variegated, high contrast blend of speckles, blood, and black leather inspired by everyone's favorite cenobite, Pinhead.
