Plan your perfect summer stitches
The once-a-year chance to plan projects in a most sultry of bases, Anaïs, is almost here!
This is such a special base that I only open up preorders for it once a year. Since it's sneaking up fast, I wanted to give you plenty of time to plan the perfect project!
Anaïs is a single ply silk/merino yarn in fingering weight with a dazzling shimmer. I absolutely love working with single ply yarn, but hear that's controersial - so I named this one after equally controversial Anaïs Nin. It's a dream to work with on hot summer days (and breathable enough to make an instant gratification garment!)
This preorder window, which opens April 1 and closes April 14, will include all currently available colors! Take a peek at the colors and start to plan your project now.
Anaïs is 438 yards per 100 grams, 70% superwash merino and 30% silk. It's a lighter weight single ply fingering weight. Though it won't hold up well for socks and other heavy-traffic items, it's perfect for airy summer tops and lacy shawls, or anywhere you need an extra bit of glam.
