The corpse flower, Amorphophallus titanum, is a massive chartreuse and burgundy bloom native to Indonesia. A member of the Araceae plant family that only blooms every few years, it announces its presence with an overwhelming stench of rotting meat for a few days before it dies and starts all over again. Corpse Flower as a yarn is a spring green dappled with rich plum speckling.
