Joyce combines U.S. grown merino wool, domestically superwash processed, with imported mulberry silk. This sumptuous 3 ply sock/fingering weight base is just a touch thicker than Ex Libris' nylon sock bases (Solnit & Ursula) and stitches up airily with just enough wooliness and an incredible bloom. If you're looking to avoid nylon and support U.S. wool production, this base will not disappoint!
